Weigh In Wednesday

Oh My!! What have I done?! Clearly I have eaten all the wrong things and barely moved my butt :( New week now though and I am just simply going to do all the right things this week. I am aiming to lose about 5lb by next Wednesday, how about that then eh? Setting myself weekly goals, and I know 5lb seems like a lot but if I stick to things I definitely believe it is achievable. I also aim to be raw for 7 days. I know when I do stick to raw I always feel so much better!! I just do not know why I slip up, yes I do, laziness, laziness because I have no energy, no energy because I eat rubbish too often, the infamous vicious circle eh?! :( Yes I do eat a lot of raw foods but not enough, no where near! I need to go back to posting my meal pics I think:)

Salon Saturday-Moisturise

The sun is shining today despite the fact the weather forecast was for bad weather. My hubby has cut the lawns and now he is sorting out new drive gate posts so we can shut the gates to stop whoever's dog it is from coming into our garden and messing, and to also stop everyone's kids from coming onto our property, we don't like that, we just want our space and to be able to keep a nice front garden also.

Today I am just going to do some housework. Anyway, time for today's topic.

Moisturising
We should all be dry skin brushing and exfoliating now, but once that is all done we need to put moisture back into our skin, and so today I am going to talk about the importance of moisturising, but not only the face, we need to moisturise our whole bodies.

The Importance Of Moisturising
The skin is the largest organ of the human body. The skin protects us from the harsh environment and it protects our internal organs and skeleton. It regulates our body temperature and eliminates waste. If the skin is compromised or damaged then it will lose its ability to perform these functions.

The main ingredient of moisturisers is water but as we know, water evaporates so moisturisers are made up of oil and water emulsions. which also contain a humectant: glycerine or sorbitol which help fix water into the skin.

Moisture from the skin needs to be replaced so that the skin is soft and smooth and the living cells don't shrivel and die.

Oil and water in the moisturiser protects the skin:
Provides a barrier from the external environment.
Keeps the skin soft so it is less likely to crack.
Keeps in natural moisture in the deeper layers of the skin.

We need to moisturise all of our skin i.e. body, hands and face. The elasticity in the skin is maintained through having enough moisture in your skin. Elasticity is one of those main components of making sure that the skin does not wrinkle or sag. We need a moisturiser that works with our particularly skin type.

The skin's natural oil called sebum is produced by tiny sebaceous glands that are inside each hair follicle. Sebum works its way up and out of the follicle, collecting dead skin cells and dirt along the way. Once it reaches the surface, it forms a protective armour that guards us against viruses and bacteria.
When we wash our faces, we strip the natural oils from our skin. This leaves our skin exposed to irritation, prematurely ageing and even painful effects from the elements, pollution. By cleansing our skin with a gentle cleanser and then applying a layer of moisturiser we help keep our skin stay hydrated, healthy, attractive and toned.
You shouldn't regularly moisturise your face or body if you're not also regularly exfoliating and cleansing your skin as this would only give you a thickening film of sebum, dead skin and dirt, leading to many blocked pores and breakouts. If the skin isn't exfoliated and cleansed regularly and a moisturiser applied then the moisturiser just sits on the dead skin cells and grime, pollutants etc, so by exfoliating and cleansing the skin this leaves the skin ready to receive the moisturiser and to penetrate the skin thus doing the job it is meant to do.

Moisturisers treat the skin. They give the skin elasticity.

Normal Skin: A suitable moisturiser can be applied once to twice daily which prevents the skin becoming oily or dry. A water based moisturiser is best.

Dry Skin: An appropriate moisturiser is a heavy oil based moisturiser.

Oily Skin: People believe that an oily skin needs more treatment but this is not true as more treatment can cause more oil secretion, so a water based moisturiser that is noncomedogenic is preferred.

Ageing Skin: Appropriate moisturisers to keep ageing skin soft and well hydrated are oil-based ones that contain petrolatum as the base, along with antioxidants or alpha hydroxy acids against wrinkles.

Sensitive Skin: Are more susceptible to skin irritations, redness, itching or rashes. Moisturisers that contain soothing ingredients such as chamomile, aloe or rose are preferred.

How should age influence our choice of moisturiser?
Your skin's natural moisturising properties diminish with age. From 30 onwards, your skin becomes more sensitive and this is much more marked from 40 onwards.

We can use coconut oil on our skin, face, hands and body

Fitness Friday-Pfft

Fitness Friday, well, all I can say to that is, Bah Humbug! I haven't done any fitness this week, well, except for vacuuming the house on Tuesday, but nothing else, what I need to do is to actually do exercise ASWELL AS the housework which would of course be a bonus to my weeks fitness/activity, so lets just see how much of my fitness/exercise/activity chart I can fill in between now and next week:)

It is our eldest son, Michael's 27th Birthday today. We bought him a piece of equipment/tool that he needed for his motorbike which he was over the moon with because it was a tad pricey and he didn't have cash to buy it. One happy boy today! Yes he is still our little boy, I even had him sitting on my knee and I was cuddling him like a baby today....heehee and he said, "Mam, I tower over you in height and you've got me sitting on your knee like a baby"...heehee he will never stop being my baby boy, none of our three sons will ever stop being our baby boy's. WE LOVE OUR THREE SONS ALL EXACTLY THE SAME!! Not like my Mother who has her favourites, and needless to say I have NEVER been the one, not that I would want to be just to be loved and wanted like the rest of my siblings would have been nice! My father had his favourites also and I came third out of four, but none of that matters anymore, what matters is that we would NEVER have favourites and we love all our sons EXACTLY the same!! How can parents have favourites!? HORRIBLE thing to do!!

Anyway, We have had quite a nice day today with our eldest baby boy, and time with our GORGEOUS Grandchildren!

Well, that is me for today, I will be back tomorrow. Night Night!

Thrilling Thursday-Oh My!

WOW! I hadn't used this until tonight and OH MY! It is FANTASTIC!!
It heats and does the job with cold also. Anyway, enough teasing you, here it is:

A Dualit Milk Frother

It froths cold milk, warm milk or it will even heat the milk and froth at the same time.

The frother straight out of the box

Inside the frother, the frothing device.

Beautiful frothed milk. I used Almond Breeze milk for quickness and it frothed extremely well. I did use the heat setting and when I poured the heated frothed almond milk into the cup for my raw chocolate drink, it made the drink hot.

My beautiful raw hot chocolate drink made with frothed and heated almond breeze milk using the Dualit milk frother. The Dualit milk frother machine is EXCELLENT!! The machine cost approx £34.00 inc VAT. I purchased this frother from Costco.

I decided to ring the changes by adding a few drops of Medicine Flower Hazelnut Potent Extract...YUM!

I had already drank some of my yummy drink before I added the extract. Notice that there is still froth after I drank some, added the extract and stirred.
I would also definitely recommend the Raw hot chocolate drink from, 'The Raw Chocolate Shop'. I didn't find the drink bitter like a lot of other raw chocolate drinks, really yummy!!

Back tomorrow.

Weigh In Wednesday

Well, I did have a small gain, just over a 1lb gain. I always take the results to the whole figures i.e. 14st 8 3/4lb I take it as 14st 8lb, anyway, I have updated my weigh In Page.

Well, it has been a quiet day so I shall say night night as I have nothing else to say for today but I will be back tomorrow:)

Teaser Tuesday-A Photo

I know I haven't been here for a good so many days, I simply got completely off track of everything, AND then my cat wasn't well and had to be treated by a vet but she is now on the mend, thank goodness:) I was so worried.

Okay, I'm not doing the recipe teaser that I was going to do but the items I was going to do last Thursday I have decided to do them today to get me back on track.
Here is a photo of one of my buys.

I decided to buy some raw choccy. A few bags of different chocs and a tin of raw choccy drink...YUM!

Here is the different raw chocs out of the bags, have to say the Booja raspberry truffles are GORGEOUSLY YUMCIOUS!!

Now then, because I didn't do the other pic a few days ago I have decided to make it this weeks teaser, so here you are, your teaser.

This should be an easy one. Here is a clue: it will be go along nicely with the raw chocolate drink:) Can you guess?

It has been a funny and strange few days lately but things are feeling a lot more normal, I like it this way!! I don't like change in any way shape or form. I don't change my furniture around the rooms or do anything different, I lead a simple life and I like it! I like routine and order!:)
Today I have vacuumed all my house which was on today's rota, feels good when that job is done:)

Okay then, I might get back later today but if not then I will be back tomorrow with Wednesday's Weigh In, although I'm not expecting to do well on the scales this week.

Back later or tomorrow:)

Thrilling Thursday-A Buy

Well, I didn't get the recipe done this week but that can be done for next week, so that isn't a problem, but what have I got to make Thursday a little thrilling then?.....Ummm well, I did buy a little somethng yesterday, well actually, two little somethings, one of which is being delivered but the other I bought at Costco yesterday. So, what is the Costco buy then? Well, I will be back later today to show you that because I want to try it with something first so I can have a good picture for you.....This is Teaser Tuesday and Thrilling Thursday all rolled into one.

Yesterday I went to Costco, as I said above....durrr but anyway, I did stock up on DELICIOUS fruits and veg i.e. Strawberries, oh! I drank a strawberry and banana smoothie this morning and I didn't get a migraine this time:) WooHoo! Anyway, I digress, I also bought lots of different berries, citrus fruits, courgettes (zuchinni's) broccoli salad, cucumbers, avocado's, peppers, medjool dates, pecans etc. On the way back home I went to Tesco as I usually do and I bought my usual sweet onions, a box of mangoe's...YUM! Aubergines, tomatoe's, pineapple etc. I then popped into the Nutricentre and bought carob for the recipe that I want to make. I also bought figs, vitamin C powder, nutritional yeast etc etc Oh! And whilst in the Nutricentre I picked up one of their free magazines which I LOVE and I also went to buy a Feng Shui book and the assistant said I could have the book for free...score:)

The first place I had to go to yesterday morning was to buy Birthday cards because today is my husbands Birthday, on Sunday it is our eldest Grandaughter, Ebony's 8th Birthday and a week tomorrow is our eldest son, Michael's 27th Birthday, so a lot of Birthday shopping had to be done.

*UPDATE*
Well, I am not going to be able to get the pics done tonight as the time is 10.30pm and we have been so busy tonight with company for my husbands Birthday so I will be back tomorrow with the pictures!

Been busy all day grocery and Birthday shopping.

Lazy Sunday-Migraine

And it certainly was a lazy Sunday. I drank my strawberry and banana smoothie for breakfast and immediately got a migraine, so I had not choice but to go to bed, I closed the blinds and curtains and just slept.
I am starting to think that it is the strawberry and banana smoothie's that are giving me migraines because I no sooner drank the first glass and then my eyes started to go, then the pain.
I remember a good few years ago I ate quite a few strawberries and I got a rash all over my body, maybe I should buy a different smoothie.

That is basically the result of my day. If I have anythng else to report then I will of course be back.

Salon Saturday-Exfoliation

I haven't had anything to eat yet, time is 12.32pm...oops!

Saturday Salon-Exfoliation

Now then, we should all be skin brushing daily, but skin brushing alone does not exfoliate the skin, so today we are going to incorporate exfoliation also:)

What is Exfoliation?
Exfoliation is a grainy wash for either the body or face. The face exfoliator is a lot more gentle.
There are many types of grains that are used i.e. salt, sugar, coffee grains, spherical jojoba beads etc. Exfoliation has to be done using a gentle scrub as harsh products can scratch the skin and or cause micro-tears in the skin.

Exfoliation is the removal of the dead skin on the face and body, these dead skin cells cling onto the outer part of the epidermis and so blocking the penetration of skin serums, lotions, moisturisers etc.
Exfoliating the skin leaves the skin soft and smooth and ready to receive skin treatments.

There are two types of exfoliating; mechanical and chemical exfoliating.
The Mechanical include a salt glow which is salt, oil and aromatic oil which is massaged into the skin and then rinsed off under a shower.
A more aggresive exfoliation is the use of microdermabrasion which can be crystal, crystal free or diamond tip etc.

The second exfoliation is Chemical exfoliation. This uses enzymes, alphahydroxy acids or AHA's as it is more commonly known as or betahydroxy acids (BHAS) These chemical products gently loosen the glue like substance that holds the dead skin cells onto the epidermis, allowing them to be removed, or sloughed off as it is also known as.
Fruit enzymes are used which are a gentle and natural fruit acid.
There are also exfoliating clothes available to exfoliate the skin on the face, this is a very gentle way to exfoliate the skin.

Why Is It Important To Exfoliate?
The skin generates new skin cells constantly which start at the dermis and move upwards but as they reach the surface (epidermis) they die off and become filled with keratin, these skin cells protect the skin underneath. We are constantly losing these dead skin cells because more new cells are rising to the surface (epidermis) we don't lose all of them and they need to be removed, hence exfoliating.
As we get older our bodies slow down and the cells start to pile up making our skin rough,
dry and looking dull and lack lustre but exfoliating removes these dead skin cells and so allowing our new skin to come to the surface.
Exfoliation cleans the grease and impurities from the skin and regenerates new cell growth as it increases blood circulation and brings more oxygen and nutrients to the skin.

Don'ts
Be careful when exfoliating, especially the delicate skin on the face.
Do not over exfoliate the skin especially in the Summer as you can make it easier for sun damage.
Use a good sunblock.
Do not exfoliate sensitive or broken skin.
Never use body scrubs on the face.
Never wax if you have recently had a skin peel.

Do's
Body scrub once or twice per week, twice would be good.
The rule of thumb is to exfoliate the face once per week.
Dont forget to gently exfoliate the skin on the neck also.
Do not apply makeup after exfoliating the skin, it is best to exfoliate maybe before going to bed.
Always use warm water with the exfoliator, do not use dry.

Fitness Friday-Weeks Activity

Today is the day that I wil log all of my weeks fitness, workouts etc from the previous week to today. At the moment I am not doing any regular exercise workout routine but I am going to try to get into the habit of doing regular routines again, then anything else is a bonus.
I have been a lot more active this week with doing housework and I am sure that is what helped the scales to move:) SO, basically that is the total of this weeks fitness that I have accomplished; housework, gardening and general more moving around the house....still good and I for one am happy with that for starters:)

This Weeks Fitness In Full:
Sunday: Gardening
Monday: Cleaning
Tuesday: vacuuming the bedrooms, landing, stairs etc using the big heavy vacuum
Wednesday: Migraine
Thursday: Migraine

To today. My migraine seems to have gone but it has still left my tummy a tad sensitive, infact, my tummy has been sensitive for the last two or three days:(

I have had a strawbery and banana smoothie drink this morning, dozed off and when I woke up I had a banana. I am going to have a salad later and maybe a green juice.

Thrilling Thursday-The Reveal

Well today is the day that I reveal Teaser Tuesday, whether this be a monthly buy or a recipe. Today is to reveal my monthly buy, so without further ado, here it is:

All of Dan McDonalds DVD's

Dan had an offer on all his DVD's so I thought this was the time to buy them all, and it would save on postage to buy them all together rather than buying one at a time, especially as I have import duties to pay.

I will write a review about each DVD as I watch them...EXCITED!

I woke up fine this morning, but after my shower the migraine came back, but worse:( Unfortunately I have had to take painkillers. This wil be the same migraine from yesterday no doubt, this could go on for a few days, they are rather disabling.

I have eaten a banana and had a few glasses of water today. The migraine has got me feeling sickly so I haven't had anything more.

Weigh In Wednesday

Well, today's post title needs no explaining, except that I will now weigh in on Wednesday's instead of Thursday's.

So what are today's weigh in results? Well, I have lost a BIG FAT 4lb....WOOHOO I am SOOO pleased!!!!:) I am doing the happy dance.

I have noticed over these last few days that I haven't felt the urge to have naps AND the constipation has eased considerably...I hope I haven't just jinxed it now:)

Time now is, 8.28am.
When I came downstairs I brought down more dirty laundry which is now in the machine, and I am now sipping on a strawberry and banana smoothie for breakfast.

*UPDATE*
Time is 7.40pm
Yep, I did jinx it, I got a heck of a migraine which is still rather uncomfortable, and because of the migraine I did fall asleep. Migraines really knock me sideways, as they would for anyone, and I can have a migraine for a few days:(  But it is on it's way out now, thank goodness!:)

I had a banana mid day and now I have just finished my salad with a sprinkling of nutritional yeast, and yep, salad cream, not too much though because as we know, salad cream is not raw. I have also just finished drinking a lovely glass and a half of grapefruit juice that I have just pressed.

I am having an early night tonight because I am still whacked from this migraine, or the tail end of it anyway:)

I will be back tomorrow to reveal Tuesday's Teaser.

Back tomorrow:)

Teaser Tuesday-Monthly Buy

Well, Teaser Tuesday is as the title suggests, a teaser of something to come whether this be a recipe or a monthly buy, today is a monthly buy, so here we go.

Can you guess what this is? All will be revealed on Thursday.

Right then, today I have already vacuumed my whole house which has taken me a couple of hours...phew! I am wrecked now. I have also done 3 loads of laundry which is outside drying:) and now I am going to throw another load of laundry into the machine.
This afternoon I am going to polish the bedroom furniture and then chill in the garden I think:):)

The time is now 11.23am and I have had a strawberry and banana smoothie, 1/4 of a banana and 2 dates.

*UPDATE*
I heard the roar of a motorbike and then a knock at the front door, our eldest son, Michael visited...awwwe I opened the front door and he said, "YES! Mam, I done it! I got my knees down"...ARRGGHH! I worry about him SOOO much!! At least he was wearing all his leathers which are good for extra protection. He was so excited and on a high after achieving scratching his knee protectors.....the little tike...HeeHee - little tike, he is 27 years old this month:) but he will always be my baby just like my other two; all three of them are my babies!!!

There he is, my eldest baby boy, sitting all casual:)

I remember his first bicycle when he was about 3 or 4 years old, a 'Little Tikes' with big plastic yellow wheels which must have been as wide as the wheels on this beauty of a motorbike:) He loved his 'Little Tikes' bicycle.

Thats my boy!

He wouldn't forgive me if I didn't show his scratched knee protectors.

Not quite sure what it is about men wanting to get their knees down to scratch their rather pricey knee protectors, Oh! Apparently they are called knee sliders, not protectors:)

I had a little sit out in my garden this afternoon, it was absolute BLISS!:)

For my evening meal I grabbed one of my salads...YUM! I added avocado and grapes. The little bit of red onion I put into my salads when I prepared them made a huge difference...YUMMY!

Just want to add, have you noticed that I haven't blogged about having any naps through the day for about 4 days now? I am AMAZED that I haven't felt the need to nap...I LOVE IT!!

Well, the weather has been GLORIOUS today! And I managed to get three loads of laundry dried, and it was all jeans which take ages to dry, but not today outside...GREAT!

Well, that is me for today. I will be back tomorrow:)

Manic Monday-All Go

Today is grocery day, meal preperation day, housework rota and exercise day, so as you can tell, a lot to do on Monday's.

Lets start off with groceries.

A few things from Asda. I did of course buy other things, toiletries, things for family i.e. snacks etc but this is the healthy side of things. I usually buy almond milk because I haven't always got almond or other nut milks prepared and the bought nut milks are great to fall back on.

Above are things from Aldi's.

My Mam and Step Dad have just left, I enjoyed seeing them!:) I always do, although I get a tad frustrated sometimes...heehee

What I want to do today is to start and prepare my salads, now then, I watched a lady on You Tube prepare a weeks worth of salads and I was thinking of doing this also:)

I still need to do my housework rota and I am not sure about exercise for today because I don't think I will get the peace to exercise as everyone is home today because it is Bank Holiday May Day Monday. Have to say though, WOW! Do I feel exercised from doing the weeding yesterday, my bottom and leg muscles feel so exercise achey.

Breakfast today was another strawberry and banana smoothie.

*UPDATE*
Housework all done, evening meals all done, hubby's packed lunch all made and in the fridge and prepared salads all done and in the fridge.

I shredded a LOAD of romaine lettuces, washed and spun it and I thought, yep there is enough for seven salads....oh no there wasn't:) ah well, I made five salads. I also added a small amount of red onion, shredded carrot, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, if anyone has other idea's of what to put in my salads then let me know, I could have added peppers actually - oh! I don't like celery...BLEURGH! I can eat it in a recipe because I can't taste it i.e. mock tuna but I can't eat it as is:(
As I eat these salads I will add avocado or a nut pâté if I make any, actually, I have been meaning to make hummous, I like hummous:)
Just to let you know, I place a square of kitchen paper in the bottom of the containers to soak up any moisture, although I do dry my salad rather thoroughly before putting it into a bowl or container, but I gently slide the paper out when I come to eat them. I do this with all my salads.

Well that is me for today. Back tomorrow.

Lazy Sunday-Weeding

A lazy Sunday is days doing something relaxing i.e. gardening, maybe start up a new hobby or just a relaxing detoxing bath etc but today I am planning on doing a little bit of weeding, providing it doesn't rain which it shouldn't, actually, I could do with buying a bag of chippings/bark, so I will put that on my shopping list.

I weeded a small section of the garden and I did find it very relaxing, the sun is shining, the birds are singing and it is quite warm although a little windy, I could hear someone cutting their garden lawn, and the neighbours kids weren't in the front avenue kicking the ball into my front garden. I was in the back garden weeding but it is annoying because I can usually hear them in the front garden also, but not this afternoon...AHHH BLISS!

I am no gardener by any stretch of the imagination as you will see from the pics below but it was on today's, 'lazy Sunday' to do's, so that is what I done and I enjoyed it!:)

Before Garden Weeding

After garden weeding

All the top three pics are the same after photo's. I need to get the leaves off the soil and riddle the soil a tad also, but I was thinking of putting the bark on top.

This is the small patch that I weeded

I decided to weed just a small section first. It took me about 2 hours and my back was really sore after doing this small area.
I am still rather proud of myself for doing this small section as like I said above, I am no gardener. I will move onto another section next week as well as keep this section tidy. I really need to get all the leaves swept up, there are loads of them from the side hedging which incidentally looks gorgeous when the leaves come back green in the Summer, so it is sort of worth having all the brown leaves in the Spring.

This morning started off with a smoothie. I know, Marsha, it's fruit but I was so hungry I just wanted to grab something quick.
I have noticed that when I allow processed foods into my day, the next morning I am so hungry and I often feel rather faint and sickly until I eat or drink something good, yet when I stick with my raw then I don't feel faint the next morning and I am usually very satisfied and much less hungry, less often.

Breakfast

I forgot about lunch because of doing the weeding but I grabbed a banana...more fruit!

I am having awful trouble with my right ear today, I am always having trouble with my ears:( I am going to steam again tonight and see if that makes a difference over the next few days. I hope so!:)

I was thinking of maybe getting the patio table and chairs out and having our evening meal in the garden...ummmm...maybe.

*UPDATE*
I don't feel too well; an upset tummy actually, so I am going to get myself sorted and have an early night, catch you tomorrow.
Night Night:)

Salon Saturday-Skin Brush

I am starting right from the basics today, starting with body brushing. I was going to do eyelash tinting, but I thought no, that will be too advanced at the moment. I want to start and incorporate body brushing into my daily routine again, so that is where I shall begin.

I am qualified in Beauty Therapy but do read the disclaimer below.

*UPDATE*

Start brushing at the soles of your feet in overlapping strokes.
As you work up the body do brush the palms of your hands.
Do not press too hard but use firm strokes.
Brush towards the heart.
Body brush once a day in the morning on dry naked skin and using a dry body brush.
Avoid senstive areas or broken skin areas.
Shower after body brushing.
For optimum lymphatic drainage, brush daily for 3-4 months.

The body brushes have hand straps and removeable handles which help when brushing the legs, arms etc but the handle is very useful when brushing the back.
Use a natural bristle body brush.
Clean your body brush once a week with a body wash that you don't react to, and leave your brush to air dry in the sun, at the window maybe.

The skin is:
The largest organ in the body.
It gets rid of 2lb of acid waste every day.
When your body is toxic it shows in the skin.
Body brushing stimulates blood flow and helps with healing processes.
If the body is toxic then this shows in your skin causing breakouts and irritations.
Body odour is a sign of toxins building up in your body and of course comes out through your skin.

Benefits of skin brushing
Helps to remove dead skin cells and encourage cell renewal.
Increases blood flow.
Increases circulation which helps to get rid of waste.
Stimulates lymphatic drainage and helps to drain mucoid waste matter into the colon.
Helps make you feel energised.
Stimulates nerve endings.
Uncloggs the pores so as to enable the skin to breath.

Helps to tighten the skin and helps with muscle tone.

*UPDATE*
So, I for one am getting back into skin brushing as of today, and next week I will add more to my beauty routine.

My raw has been rather erratic today but I am hoping that bringing my beauty routine back into my day will spur me on, a LOT!

Daily Themes

I have decided to bring some fun into my blog by having a daily theme which is starting tomorrow. The themes are going to be the same themes every seven days with new content every seven days, so watch this space to see what tomorrows is going to be:) Of course my raw lifestyle and food pics are still going to be posted.

Have to say a big thankyou to, Marsha who emails me with help and advice! And yes, I am going to be buying the Perfect Food Berry, and have a little less fruit. "Thankyou Marsha!" That being said, I have just eaten a banana for breakfast but I suppose it is the quantity of fruit throughout the day and every day that adds up.

A few pics of my Persian cat, Princess, and that is exactly what she is, a Princess.
Our eldest son, Michael visited and he brought himself a sandwich that he bought from Greggs...typical, he loves my egg and tomato sandwiches and I would have been more than happy to make him those, but nope, he brings a sandwich. Anyway, he decides to give Princess some of the ham but of course makes her stand on her hind legs.

Awwe bless her. She isn't very gentle either, she snatches food from peoples hands like she never got fed...little tike, but she is such a little poppet. She gets fed her three food pouches per day and those little cat chewy sticks also. LOVE HER SOOO MUCH!! Her belly fur usually goes all ringletty...ringletty, is there such a word? Probably not:)

NEVER In My LIFE!

Have I NEVER been this heavy, this tops the lot!! I weighed in this morning at 15st and 5/8lb (15st = 210lb)...5/8lb over 15st. OH MY GOODNESS! I am totally SHOCKED! I have GOT to do something about this! I CAN'T go on like this!!! I WONT go on like this!!!
I would hear people say that they weigh 15st and I would think, oh my, that is disgusting to allow themselves to get that heavy, and then all of a sudden, I am that person. I feel like crying! I know that only I can do something about this, only I can turn this around! So it starts HERE!! NOW!! TODAY!! It HAS to!!

I have just filled in all my tracking details on my trackers that I printed out.

I am feeling constipated again so I have had the oats etc for breakfast, this usually helps.
I ate this at about 7.45am

Breakfast

*UPDATE* - 1.52pm
I dozed off again this morning but this is because I only got three and a half hours sleep last night...don't know why.
I wasn't hungry when I woke up but now at 1.52pm I have decided to finish off the apple juice from yesterday.

I know that I am taking pics of the same things but if it is what I am consuming during the day and it helps me to post the pics then that is what I need to do!:) Of course there wil be different pics, actually, I found a recipe I might try soon, and I made raw butter that I need to post pics of on here.

My youngest son, James has just come into the room and said, "oh! That looks nice!" so guess what? He has just finished my apple juice off:) I don't mind one bit!

Thankyou for your comment Sugarfree Babe:) I really appreciate comments! Do you blog?
