Weigh In Wednesday

Well, I did have a small gain, just over a 1lb gain. I always take the results to the whole figures i.e. 14st 8 3/4lb I take it as 14st 8lb, anyway, I have updated my weigh In Page.

Well, it has been a quiet day so I shall say night night as I have nothing else to say for today but I will be back tomorrow:)
