I walked into town and back yesterday...YAY! Just thought I would start today off by telling you that!
The time is 8.07am and I am having a bought apple juice for breakfast this morning.

I know, not the best of choices but it is pressed, nothing added and not from concentrate, so not the absolute worst either.
