I have awful sciatica pain in my left lower back, buttock and leg, I often tend to get niggles of it in my left side but it has flared up and is another bad bout of it again:( I could feel it coming on last week but then I went to our eldest son, Michael's new house to help put coving up for him and that really aggravated it and since then it has been even worse! Yes, Michael has moved home and I have to say that he has worked like stink to get his house decorated and sorted, he just wouldn't stop going from around 8.00am until 11.30pm every day for a week or two. My hubby is going to Michael's house tonight to help him with building his shed, that is after he has dropped my Mother and step Dad off at the airport; they are off on holiday again:)
The weather is glorious here in the UK today, it is sunny and rather warm in the sun. I managed to get two laundry loads washed and dried outside today. I managed to hang the laundry out myself because with sciatica it is best to try to keep moving, well, it is always best to move the body anyway, even more so as I have a blood thickening problem (protein S deficiency) and when I was 24 years old I had a pulmonary embolism.
I am waiting for more jewellery items to arrive through the post. I am building my stock of things at the moment because there are lots of pieces I want to make and I don't want to get half way through something and find I haven't got enough to finish it, having said that, the right thing would be to check stock before starting a project:)
WHOA!! I swear to you that I am the only person in this house at the moment (hubby and boys at airport) and the DVD player buttons are at the other side of the room yet the DVD player has just switched itself on....Heehee how on earth could that happen? It has happened before, a while ago now though. Maybe the heat...ummmm or interference from some other piece of electrical item.
Well that is me for today but I will do my best to get back tomorrow for 'Lazy Sunday'
