My tummy is feeling a lot flatter this last day or so, I haven't had much problems with retaining water so my feet haven't been up like puddings and my sleep is improving, so certainly some positives there :)
I still have that sweet tooth and I really need to incorporate exercise into my day because I have the worst upper arms and legs. I have still been feeling tired but I have still allowed some processed into my days, I need to knock that on the head.
Overall I am still feeling positive and it is feeling more simple in my mind to just prepare raw food and snack on raw food, as the Meerkats on the TV say, "simples!!" Not that Meerkats can talk, except on TV of course :)

Feeling positive and strong for the journey ahead! I can and am going to reach a good weight and health.
I am feeling tired today and have been for a good few weeks due to stress which inturn leads to bad sleep and so the cycle continues, I need to help myself and now is the time! :)
My Dad passed away from colon cancer in January 2012 and my Mother was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2012. I suffer with depression and stress so I need to do this for my health or I am just asking for trouble.
